YONGE PENTHOUSE
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Concept: Our project involved the renovation and customization of a penthouse in downtown Toronto for our YouTube-savvy client. Throughout the space, we introduced bespoke cabinetry, added stylish ceiling and wall mouldings, and infused bold patterns through strategic use of wallpaper, artwork, and furnishings. In the living room, we created a striking focal point by cladding the fireplace with large marble strip tiles that extend up to the ceiling. Adjacent to this space, a sleek floor-to-ceiling bar unit, finished in a mix of matte and metallic tones, offers ample storage and sets the scene for entertaining. The kitchen received a modern update with refaced and painted cabinetry paired with sleek white quartz countertops, accented by black faucets, lighting, and hardware. In the primary bedroom, we layered multiple wall treatments, including custom mouldings and statement wallpaper, softened by full-height drapery. For the dreamy walk-in closet, custom double doors in a soft pink hue create an inviting entrance. In the ensuite bathroom, we introduced neutral tiles rich in pattern and texture, along with a freestanding stone shower bench and integrated stone niche. A custom makeup vanity in a fluted finish provides ample storage, while blush ombré drapes add a touch of elegance around the tub. In the office space, our client's bold and colorful vision came to life with a large-scale gallery wall spanning two walls, complemented by a stone fireplace and custom swivel armchairs featuring a chic terrazzo print.
Scope: Full renovation of a 3000 sq ft. penthouse — we provided interior design services from concept design, construction drawings, project management, finishes, fixtures, furnishings and accessories.
