RETURN POLICY

1.1 RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1.1 (a) Return Policy. Studio P Interiors will only accept returns on products that are identified on the Product information page as eligible for return or as provided in Section 1.2 (b). Once Studio P Interiors confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with Section 1.2 (b), your sole and exclusive remedy is a store credit in the amount charged for the applicable product; provided that the credited amount will not include the applicable Delivery Fee, which is nonrefundable. Store credits may only be used for future purchase of Products within the SHOP (excluding gift cards) and are subject to the restrictions set forth in the Terms of Service

1.2 (b) Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival/delivery.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email along with clear photos of the defect/damages to info@studiopinteriors.com, and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. All claims should be made within 24 hours of receiving the items.

1.3 (c) Return Procedure. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/exchange. All returned products must be unused and in the same condition you recieved it in, returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at info@studiopinteriors.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
