LARWENCE PARK RESIDENCE
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Concept: A modern home which incorporated a large addition to the rear of the building, allowing for a full reconfiguration of the interior layout. New open concept layout finished with natural materials throughout such as white oak and walnut woods, contrasting stones and glass accents. Custom designed kitchen, media unit, closets, and bathroom vanities. Custom-made furniture was also incorporated into the decor like the 10 foot live edge dining table with a brushed brass base, and 24 karat gold leaf chandelier to tie in the design details.
Scope: Full renovation of a 2500 sq ft. semi-detached home — we provided interior design services from concept design, construction drawings, project management, finishes, furniture and accessories.
